Hyperbolic Stretching

Yoga, just like gymnastics, is Hyperbolic Stretching Review also about body control but is performed at a lower intensity level. But, the main thing combining these three activities is the fact that the athletes that perform them are able to sculpt such incredible bodies without ever stepping foot into a gym! What you can do is actually observe the movement patterns of these athletes, and use them in your own bodyweight workouts. For example, try doing a regular squat thrust, and then jumping forward into a roll. This simple movement comes from gymnastics, but can be an incredible fat burning exercise. If you want to take your health and fitness to the next level, you need to start thinking beyond regular pushups, pullups, and bodyweight squats. Start doing what I did and observe the way gymnasts, dancers, and yogis train their bodies and what aspects are contributing to their lean and strong physiques. You can start off with the exercise I just described, and then expand on it further. The main thing you should be looking for is moving your body in as many directions as possible. Basic pushups, pullups, and squats only teach your body to move up and down. In reality, your body needs to move up, down, front, back, and side to side. This is what dancers, gymnasts, and yogis have known for years, even before the first bodyweight training book came out. And yet, the average person still sticks to basic pushups, pullups, and bodyweight squats to try and achieve better health and fitness through bodyweight training. You set out on a fitness program, do a lot of running, hundreds of sit ups/crunches each day but you can never get that elusive six pack. It's hard to put in all that work and get little or no results. It's not just hard, it's frustrating as hell. If you learn one thing today let it be that sit ups will not get you a six pack! Focusing exercises just on your stomach will not get you a six pack. Never, no way, no how. Doing situps may give you a little more tone around your midsection, and it will build and even strengthen your abs but that's all. You will never see those abs as long as that stubborn piece of belly fat keeps them covered. All those gimmicks you see on TV will not reveal your abs. Ab belts, ab machines/crunchers etc are all a complete waste of time, as you probably already know because of the poor results you have. The people on TV are all models or fitness experts who train everyday and have a good diet. They want to make money selling you these gimmicks, that is all. Diet is the real key to getting a six pack. Combine diet with the correct exercises and you will be getting ripped abs in no time. Follow a program or system that combines exercise and the correct diet and you will get your six pack.
