Healthy foods packed with nutrition include fruits and vegetables, whole grains, most dairy products, lean meats, fish, chicken, beans, nuts and other proteins. Fruits and vegetables are like bonus foods. They contain a lot of water so they tend to make you feel full when you eat them. And since they are relatively low on calories to begin with you get a ton of fiber, vitamins and minerals and do not go away hungry looking for another snack.
