This is the important thing about exercise, start slow and gradually increase the amount of time and exertion that you are putting into your workout. Even a little exercise is better than know. I know that the sleep apnea makes you tired but still try to at least walk some every day. The benefits will be tremendous. Do you have troubles staying asleep at night? Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a lot more common, and occurs when the throat becomes blocked during sleep. This often happens to people who lie on their backs to sleep, because as people relax, their throat muscles also relax and may cause their airways to narrow or become blocked.
