In reality, the food has hardly any vitamins and nutrients. Your body really doesn't like this food. It plays havoc with your metabolism. One minute you'll peak and the next you'll crash and try to grab some more food. Your body will take two or three times longer to digest this poor excuse for food than regular food. You'll overeat and your body will reject this poor food - no wonder you're overweight! You can get rid of a gut through educating yourself over time to what real food is. You don't have to eat "rabbit food" like a health freak. There are many different successful ways to lose that gut and exercise is not even necessary (but it can help accelerate your gains no doubt). When it all comes down to losing or gaining weight, most people turn to the scales to determine how much they should lose or gain to have the weight or the shape that they desire.
