Here's a faster way to lose Happy Keto Body Program weight. AND better. I'm guessing you're TRUDGING along trying to lose weight. You lose a few pounds then you regain them... on and on. Nothing budges the scale. Faster Way to Lose Weight... Drink lots of protein shakes each day. This does many things for you. First, it gives you a lot of protein. This is good because protein speeds up your metabolism and suppresses your appetite. I'm not saying to totally drop eating foods, just use a few protein shakes here and there throughout the day as snacks. Ideally, something like 3 meals and 2 protein shakes would work great. Maybe that's not possible for you. Just remember this. You can pre-make your protein shakes the night before or in the morning. Put them in shaker bottles. Then carry the shaker bottles with you depending on how long you'll be away from home. This is perfect for the office. Just shake it up when you're ready to start drinking it. Protein shakes have few carbohydrates in them... at least the ones with a good source of protein powder. You shouldn't have anymore than 6 grams of carbs in a serving of protein powder. The fat content is usually minimal as well. It's pure protein for the most part. I'm sure you know that most of the popular weight loss diets focus on you eating a lot of protein. This is no different. This is actually a great diet for busy people. Lots of your bad snacking I'm sure comes from impulse eating. You're hungry so you eat whatever is available. Well, with protein shakes and shaker bottles, it's available and healthy. Look, using protein shakes is a faster way to lose weight... so just add 2-3 to your day and see for yourself. If you're SICK and TIRED of getting the same old boring weight loss advice... you know, like "Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water, jog, and Blah Blah Blah".
