People are overweight when they 1 Week Diet have more fat on their bodies than is healthy for them. This is mainly because so many people take the car or public transport to go everywhere. They take little exercise and mostly eat far more food than their bodies need. Often the food eaten is not very healthy either. In many cases being overweight leads on to being obese because, as their weight increases, their ability to move quickly decreases. Either because they're depressed at not being able to move or maybe because the only thing they can do now is eat, they start to eat even more. Adding even more fat to their bodies.
