To maximize fat loss, Bioleptin carbohydrates should not be consumed on their own, they should always be combined with lean protein source like chicken, fish, eggs, beef, veal, and lamb. White meats like chicken and fish are best. If you want to eat red meats, go lean and eat in moderation. You should also consume some good fats like Omega 3 and flax seed oil.

The recommended amount of daily protein and carbohydrate intakes are 2-3 servings. One serving would be roughly the size of your palm. Again, the key is maintaining a 'balance'.
