Fat burning exercises for women are meant to be Floraspring different. Men have more lean muscle and a higher calorie burning potential. Additionally, they can lift heavier weights without worrying that their abs gains too much muscle. These simple differentiate the exercises from genre to genre and knowledge plays an important part.In 2007 I was desperate to make a change in my life. I was overweight, tired and needed to get active. It took me 3 months to lose 3 stones (42 lbs) and change my lifestyle habits for good. The first step was to change my diet and do more exercise. For me to achieve this I needed to find the most effective way to start. I have put together a series of 3 articles that I would like to share with you which outline the 3 most important things to consider before deciding to change your habits to live a healthy lifestyle:In this article we will look at "Step 1 - Have Definite and Specific Goals"This step can be broken up into two manageable sections:If your target is to lose weight, a goal that simply says "I want to lose weight" is what I would describe as a non-specific and ineffective goal. A year from now you could have lost 1 lb which in its entirety has fulfilled your goal of losing weight, but has it really made you feel fulfilled? Be more specific, "I want to lose 10 lbs" is a good start. This gives you a definite target to work towards and will make Step 2 so much easier. The more specific, the easier it is to make a plan to achieve it.Without a time frame by which you want to achieve your goal, there is no incentive to push you in your journey. To add to the weight loss goal set above, it would be even more effective to put a date on it, "I want to lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks". This will then allow you to formulate an even more detailed plan from which you are able to work.
