The Scottish beauty looked radiant as she posed up a storm on the red carpet.
She also posed alongside her The Call Of The Wild co-stars including Omar Sy, Cara Gee, Harrison Ford.
Also at the bash was director Chris Saunders, who attended with wife Jessica Steele-Sanders and his popular pooch Buckley - of who the film's dog was modelled on.
In an Instagram post last November, Sanders explained: 'He was scanned, then animated, which allowed us to avoid putting any animals in danger AND allowed us to make him act/emote on cue.'
Star of the show: Karen was almost outshone by the St. Bernard/farm collie rescue dog

The film is based on Jack London's 1903 novel about a dog called Buck who is stolen from his California home and sold as a working animal in the Yukon during the 1890's Gold Rush.
Buck crosses paths with John Thornton, played by Harrison Ford, who runs a mail delivery dog sled team, and finds himself embarking on the adventure of a lifetime.
The live action/animation movie utilizes cutting edge visual effects and animation technology to bring the animals in the film fully to life.
