Six minutes to success is really a program conducted by Bob Proctor where he teaches the technique to achieve success by sending you daily a video clip of about one or two minutes to help you direct your thoughts in the direction of achieving your goals. What exactly is success? Success is a progressive realization of our ideals. An ideal is a principle or value that one actively pursues as a goal. So, naturally it behooves us to examine our ideals. These ideals can cover any area of our lives, whether it is financial, personal relationship or personal development. The charm of this program is that you are given a six minute video, prompting you to think of an action plan to achieve your ideal by giving it some thought every day for six minutes and then carrying over that process of thinking for the rest of the day. So essentially what this title is telling you is that by devoting six minutes of strategizing your goal everyday, you can eventually realize them. Belief is a psychological state in which an individual holds a proposition or premise to be true. We act and create our whole life according to our beliefs. If we change our belief we change our ideal or goal. So our actions follow our beliefs and they in turn give us the results. The mind has the power to express itself in infinite number of possibilities and it is it's nature to expand and is only limited by its belief system. When we examine our belief system and look at the falsity of our old beliefs and want to change to the new belief we have to set up the habit of the new actions to realize the ideal. So essentially we need to create the new program.
