You already The Favorite Food Diet know this but many people are fooled into thinking they can drop the weight with diet alone but you really need to be able to boost your resting metabolic rate and the only way to do that is through the addition of lean muscle. You aren't going to just magically acquire this type of muscle you have to work at it.So in order to reach your goals you need to drink more water eat more meals with smaller portions and finally get adequate exercise. Using these three simple techniques I was able to drop from 205lbs all the way down to 170 pounds in just 90 days. You might say but wait I thought you were 50 lbs over weight. Well I was but after exercising for 90 days I packed on quite a bit of lean muscle which is heavier than fat by the way so now at 170 lbs I am just under 15% body fat. I'm 100% happy with that number as I think most people would be.
